Arvind brings with him over two decades of Leadership and Management expertise in the areas of research, strategy, analysis, consulting, valuations, investment due-diligence and development analysis.
Presently at Knight Frank, Arvind looks after the research activities on pan‐India basis and overall strategy of the company. These include publication of flagship reports on different asset classes within the real estate sector, special reports on topical issues and regular tracking of macro‐economic and real estate indicators. He is also a designated spokesperson for the company and his views are regularly sought after by the media.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Arvind was Head –Property Consulting (SobhaLLC, Dubai). Before this, he has held leadership roles with Colliers International, LiasesForas, Housing.Comand Cushman & Wakefield, after starting his real estate career at Jones Lang LaSalle.
A post-graduate in Business Administration, an avid speaker at various forums, and an erstwhile board member of International Valuation Standards Board (IVSB), Arvind has handled businesses across different countries. He is also a dedicated researcher, who has developed state-of-the-art models on housing demand-patterns and urbanisation.
